Last ARTfarm Wednesday for Summer: Microgreens!

Happy sleepy August ARTfarm Wednesday! We’ll be open Saturday mornings, but this is our last Wednesday farmstand for the summer, 3-6 this afternoon: Cucumbers, microgreens, long bodhi beans, recao, garlic chives, lots of sweet Mediterranean figs, pineapple, lots of trees, mangoes from Tropical Exotics, papaya from Solitude Farm, vegan coconut ice cream from I-Sha, honey from Wanda, bread from Tess!

We still have quite a few young fig trees. Get a little piece of the Mediterranean in your yard and enjoy your own fresh fruits.

ARTfarmstand open Saturday

ARTfarm is open today, Saturday, from 10 AM till 12 noon.

Summer mangoes! We’ve got scrumptious Nam Duc Mai mangoes to make your mouth water and turn your best white shirt into a parade of orange. We recommend eating them at the beach, in the water.

Sweet mix, microgreens, teen spicy salad mix, garlic chives, the basils (if we ever start an ARTfarm rock band, that’s going to have to be our band name) lemongrass, recao, rosemary, sage, sweet corn, cucumbers, wild baby gherkins, Bodhi beans, bananas, pineapple, black sapote, Thai mangoes from Alex, vegan local fruit ice cream from I-Sha, bread and bagels from Tess, honey from Wanda!

ARTfarm Stand open today 3-6 PM! Happy Boxing Day!

Happy Boxing Day! This afternoon the ARTfarm stand will have a lotta lettuce: Sweet mix, spicy mix, arugula, baby arugula, baby spicy, onions, garlic chives, escarole, endive, dandelion greens, cilantro, lemon basil, radishes, cherry tomatoes, slicer tomatoes, passionfruit, mangoes and local honey.

Deb’s ARTfarm pickles! You can make your own pickles this holiday season. It’s fun and easy to do. Makes a thrifty, fun, and appreciated homemade gift!

ARTfarmstand 3-6pm today! We have five different kinds of amazing, sweet crunchy cucumbers, including Asian cukes and a thin-skinned English variety. Pickling is easy, quick and makes a gorgeous gift. This lovely jar was pickled by our super volunteer Deb Mattera, and to get the recipe you’ll have to come to the farmstand and chat her up!

Also available today: microgreens, sweet mix, spicy mix, arugula, escarole, lettuce heads, dandelion greens, radishes, four flavors of basil, zinnia flowers, garlic chives, lemongrass, sage, thyme, cilantro, dill, rosemary, honey and late season mangoes. Give thanks! It rained!!
