Live from St. Croix’s South Shore: it’s the International Farmer Beauty Pageant, where Greg Botsford has just been crowned Miss Universal Root Vegetable for 2013! First runner up Luca Gasperi places a crown of kale gently on our winner’s head. “Of course I’m not bitter,” says Luca. “Greg deserved it. His tap dancing was incredible. How could my high speed origami folding demonstration hold a candle to that raw talent?”
