Hey folks! Happy Thanksgiving! Just for fun, here’s a shot of four of our five young heritage breed turkeys, all of whom will be spared this season to create future generations:
So for today’s farmstand for your holiday table, we’ve got: mint, lettuce heads, papayas, soursop, fresh figs, microgreens, sweet salad mix, spicy salad mix, bagged arugula, four basils, mint, recao, sage, rosemary, chives, lemongrass, sweet potatoes, Bodhi (red yard-long) beans, cucumbers, radishes, sweet potato greens, kan kon (Asian water spinach) greens, Chinese cabbage, vegan local fruit ice cream from Feel I, local dark honey from Errol, and zinnia flowers. Potted fig trees, St. Croix agaves, and native trees are also available.
