Take a thick slice of seven grain bread and cut it into little cubes. Toast it in a buttery cast-iron pan for a few minutes until crunchy on the outside. Toss it into your mixed green salad with a few tomatoes, a luscious honey dressing that you just whipped up, maybe throw in a chopped hard-boiled egg if you’re up for some extra protein… dash of salt and pepper… Magical dinner.
