We have received close to two inches of rain here at the ARTfarm, from late last Thursday night into early Friday (harvest) morning. Everything is bursting with new growth, it’s amazing!
Sweet salad mix, teen arugula, teen spicy salad mix, bunched arugula, cooking greens, kale, dandelion greens, lots of cherry tomatoes, slicers and heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet potatoes, assorted pumpkin slices, lots and lots of amazing papaya, Mediterranean figs, ginger root, various types of turmeric, bell peppers, all our other hot and seasoning peppers, Italian basil, lemon basil, holy basil, Thai basil, dill, cilantro, lots of parsley, green coriander (great for exciting twists on pesto), garlic chives, onions, a few carrots, radishes, young gorgeous beets, zinnia flowers, heads of sunflower seed (for roasting, planting or eating), goat cheese from Fiddlewood Farms, honey from Errol, and our neighbor Jimmy will be here selling his fresh South Shore lamb!
