Saturday As-Usual This Weekend

Lots of sunflowers developing seed heads on the farm right now. Too mature for cut flowers but beautiful nonetheless.

Yes we are open regular hours tomorrow (Saturday 10 am – 12 noon).

Similar line up to last weekend, so ‘later’ birds will still get salad greens and tomatoes and herbs: Sweet lettuce mix, teen arugula, teen spicy salad mix, romaine and other assorted lettuce heads, loads of tomatoes (all types), lots of cucumbers, bell peppers, five types of medium to hot peppers, baby ginger root, baby turmeric, sweet potatoes, radishes, onions, scallions, cooking greens, Italian basil, lemon basil, holy basil, cilantro, dill, recao, rosemary, thyme, mint, lemongrass, dandelion greens, different types of pumpkins, a few slices of watermelon, loads of papaya, a few bags of figs, and lots of zinnia flowers. We also have young lignum vitae trees in 3–5 gallon pots.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the Ag Fair this weekend. Also check out Luca’s new works at the CMCArts group show in Frederiksted. Great exhibition opening last night!
