Today is Farmer Greg’s last day at ARTfarm for this season, and he got up extra early this morning and harvested every last head of lettuce on the farm!!*

We have got a lot of lettuce at the farmstand today! Think about salad for dinner!!

Sweet mix, spicy mix, teen arugula, micro greens, Chinese cabbage, mustard greens, broccoli, broccoli greens, Italian basil, Thai basil, lemon basil, holy basil, garlic chives, dill, cilantro, parsley, sage, rosemary, onions, beans, dandelion greens, Swiss chard, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, ice cream!

*Just kidding! He really is heading back to the west coast tomorrow, though… We’ll miss you Greg!!!
