The tomatoes are about as sweet as they can get at this time of year, so enjoy the tail end of our tomato season and rock some salsa for your weekend festivities! Luca’s secret is to throw in a few green ones with the ripe tomatoes to make your salsa have a little crunch to it. Shhh, don’t tell anyone, it’s our little secret.
